Events & Book Club Terms of Use

1. Registration

Certain events may require prior registration, while others may be open to all participants.

Registration requirements will be clearly mentioned for each event.

2. Event Fees

Events may be:

• Free of charge
• Paid events with applicable registration fees

Event-specific pricing and terms will be communicated separately.

3. Event Cancellation by Participants

Cancellation requests for paid events must be submitted through the communication method specified for that particular event.

Refund requests will be processed in accordance with the terms announced for that event.

4. Event Cancellation by Indigo Books

In case Indigo Books cancels an event, registered participants will be entitled to a full refund of any registration fees paid.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Photography and Video Recording

Participants acknowledge and agree that:

• Photographs and videos may be taken during events.
• Indigo Books may use such photographs and videos for social media promotions.
• Indigo Books may use event media for marketing materials.
• Indigo Books may use event media for website content.
• Indigo Books may use event media for future event promotions.

Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or videos should notify the organizers before the event begins.

6. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to:

• Behave respectfully and responsibly.
• Maintain a disciplined and courteous manner.
• Follow all instructions issued by event organizers and staff.
• Respect fellow participants and venue guidelines.

Indigo Books reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is considered inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful without providing compensation or refunds.

9. Age Requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Indigo Books events have no age restrictions.

Children attending events should remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

10. Marketing Communications

By registering for an event, participants agree that Indigo Books may contact them regarding:

• Future events
• Book launches
• Reading clubs
• Promotions and offers

Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Indigo Books shall not be liable for:

• Personal belongings lost during events
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow event instructions
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control
