Indigo Books currently delivers to all serviceable locations across India.

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

3. Shipping Charges

• Flat Shipping Fee: ₹40 per order.
• Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through our trusted logistics partners:

• DTDC
• India Post
• Other logistics providers as required

5. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available only within selected areas of Prayagraj and is subject to product availability and order timing.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

• SMS updates
• Tracking information through the website's tracking page

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

In such cases, our customer support team will assist you in tracking your shipment.

8. Lost Shipments

If an order is lost in transit:

• Indigo Books will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
• Customers may be asked to provide additional information.
• Upon confirmation from the courier partner, Indigo Books will send a replacement order, subject to availability.
• If replacement is not available, Indigo Books will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
